Claim your administrative account
The first step to getting up and running on the memberplanet platform is to claim your administrative account. Through the sync between the DSP HUB and memberplanet, select admins are automatically updated for the claim account process. Please see the list of automated roles below:

Please Note: If you do not belong to one of these roles, you will need to contact an admin holding one of the above roles and have them provide you admin access to the group. Selecting the button below will ask you to provide your email address, which will then provide a confirmation email for you to finalize the account claim process. If the option below doesn't work, please be sure you are using the same email address attached your record on the HUB. |
